Woo hoo!

I’m so excited to be spotlighting the sixth special guest for The Twelve Writers of Christmas Facebook Party!

Meet Angie

angie-brashearWhen Angie Brashear isn’t working or taking care of her family, she writes. Usually at night after her kids fall asleep. She’s a fan of speculative fiction and an avid runner, both of which perplex her nonfiction-reading, football-loving husband. Saved in her early twenties, Angie is grateful for the Lord’s presence in all aspects of her life. She is originally from Rockland, Maine and currently resides in Cameron, Texas with her husband and three children.

Let’s Chat!

– For those who don’t know you, can you share three words to describe yourself

Sensitive (emotionally). Tough (physically). Loyal (often times to a fault). 😉

– Me, too! What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Yikes — tough question! There are so many great things, but if I had to pick one…the best thing about writing is the way in which God has allowed me to cross paths with so many fellow believers. I grew up as a non-believer, so I LOVE to hear about the many ways in which God brought others to Him too.

– Yes! That is so true for me as well! So incredibly grateful for being able to meet so many wonderful writers/readers who encourage me in not only writing, but also my spiritual walk. For my last question, if you had the ability to jump into any story and live there for a week, what book what you choose?

Oh, easy schmeasy — The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis. And could I please stay longer than a week?!?

– It would totally be awesome to visit Narnia! Thanks for chatting with me today, Angie! So excited to have you as one of the special guest’s for the event!

Angie will be chatting from 8:15-8:30 EST. Wonder what she is going to talk about?

You’ll have to stop by the party on December 12th to find out!
